What these terms cover

They apply to everyone who visits this site. By browsing it or sending a message through the contact form, you accept them.

They do not cover an engagement. If we work together, a separate written agreement — scope, deliverables, payment, confidentiality, ownership of the work — governs that relationship and takes precedence over anything written here.

Ownership of the content

The text, layout, design, illustrations, and code samples on this site are my work and remain my property. Nothing here grants a licence to them.

• You may read any page, quote briefly with attribution, and link to it freely.
• You may not republish substantial parts, present the writing or design as your own, or use the content to train a model without written permission.
• Third-party names and logos shown belong to their owners and appear only to describe the technologies used.

The content is informational

Everything published here is for information. It is written carefully and kept current, but it is not advice for your particular situation, and a technical claim is not a warranty of any outcome.

Case studies and project snapshots are anonymised and reduced to respect confidentiality owed to previous clients. They describe work that was done; they are not a promise of the same result elsewhere.

The interactive demos

The demos run entirely in your browser on fabricated data. They illustrate interface and behaviour; they are not the systems delivered to clients, and no real client data appears in them.

Acceptable use

Ordinary reading and contact needs no permission. These are the exceptions:

• Do not use the contact form for bulk, automated, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Do not attempt to bypass the rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities without asking first, or otherwise disrupt the service.
• Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors.

Links to other sites

Links to external sites — a repository, a client's site, a tool's documentation — are offered for convenience. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

This site is provided as it is, with no promise of uninterrupted availability. It may be changed, taken offline, or removed at any time without notice.

Liability

So far as the law permits, I am not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes arising from use of this site fall to the competent Indonesian courts.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections given to you by the mandatory law of your own country.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date above changes with them, and the version published here is the one that applies from that date.
